Entry Eligibility Requirements

1. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in this Promotion.

2. Players may only enter the drawings by accessing the MSLC’s website at, entering the required player information, and entering the twenty-four (24) digit VOID IF REMOVED number from one (1) non-winning Mega MONOPOLY Ticket (Game No. 10).  Entries must be submitted from a computer located in Massachusetts.

3. Each eligible non-winning Mega MONOPOLY ticket constitutes at least one (1) entry and as many as five (5) entries into the Mega MONOPOLY Second Chance Drawing.  Players have an opportunity to play the MONOPOLY Board Game in which the players reveal MONOPOLY “Money Points”.  For every one thousand (1,000) MONOPOLY “Money Points” earned, the player receives one (1) entry into the upcoming drawing during the entry drawing period.  See How To Play for instructions to play the MONOPOLY Board Game.

4. The MSLC will not be responsible for data entry errors by entrants or for delayed, lost or misdirected electronic submissions made through the Internet.

5. An attempt to electronically submit an entry that has already been submitted will generate an error message informing the player that the entry has already been submitted and may not be resubmitted.

6. The website entry method is the only method of entry into this Promotion.  Entries sent via any other method, US mail/courier, drop-off, etc., will not be opened and/or reviewed and will be disqualified.

7. A valid entry shall consist of one (1) non-winning Mega MONOPOLY Ticket meeting the validation requirements of the MSLC.  Actual drawing entries per non-winning ticket may be earned by playing the MONOPOLY Board Game.

8. Each valid entry is guaranteed to be in one of the five (5) Second Chance Drawings.

9. Entries not received by the specified deadline for a drawing will be automatically entered in the next scheduled drawing.  Entries received after the deadline for the final drawing will not be eligible for any Second Chance Drawing.

10. Entries are good for only one Second Chance Drawing.

11. Players may enter as many times as they wish.

12. Tickets determined to be in a stolen/missing inventory status or not part of a valid sold, activated or promotional MSLC inventory status will be disqualified.

13. All disqualified, ineligible and non-selected entries shall be deleted per the retention and destruction schedule.

14. There is no limit on the number of Second Chance Drawing prizes one person may win.

15. Second Chance Drawing winners names and hometowns may be posted on the Lottery’s website following validation after each drawing.
