Q: How do I update personal information that I submitted when I registered for the Red Carpet VIP Club?
A: Log into the Red Carpet VIP Club and click on My Account to make changes to your personal information. Click the Submit button when you're finished. Don't create another account. Having more than one account is a violation of the Red Carpet VIP Club Terms of Service and can get you removed from the membership.
Q: Can I change the email address that I use to log in?
A: Yes. Log in using the email address and password that you registered when you joined the VIP Club. Then go to My Account and change the email address where indicated. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
Q: What should I do if I can't remember my password?

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem with the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing website?

Questions about Entries and Tickets

Q: Which instant tickets are eligible for the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing?
A: All non-winning HOLIDAY BONUS and NUTCRACKER CASHWORD tickets (Game Numbers 166, 167, 168, 169 and 170) that you purchase during the sales period of the game are eligible. One ticket is required per entry.
Q: How do I enter my HOLIDAY BONUS and NUTCRACKER CASHWORD non-winning instant tickets?
A: Create a Red Carpet VIP Club player account if you don’t have one already, then log in with the email address and password that you used to register. Once logged in, click on the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Promotion link and then click Submit Entry to enter your non-winning HOLIDAY BONUS and NUTCRACKER CASHWORD tickets (Game Numbers 166, 167, 168, 169 and 170) per the entry instructions.
Q: Can I scan my tickets in the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing using my mobile device?
A: Players will be able to scan their qualified instant tickets using a camera phone as an alternative to manually entering the ticket number into the system. To scan their tickets, players will have to download the new MA Lottery 2nd Chance app. For Apple devices, the app requires iOS version 7 and above and is supported on iPhone 5 and above. For Android devices, the app requires Google Android 4.1.x (Jelly Bean) and above to be supported.

All supported devices must have auto-focus and a camera with at least 5 mega pixels but 8 mega pixels are preferable for ticket scanning to function properly.

Q: Can I enter the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing more than one time?
A: Yes, you may enter a drawing as many times as you wish. Each entry requires the submission of a non-winning HOLIDAY BONUS and NUTCRACKER CASHWORD tickets (Game Numbers 166, 167, 168, 169 and 170) tickets that have not yet been submitted.
Q: How can I be sure that my internet entry has been submitted?
A: When you submit an entry, a record of it appears on the My Entries page. You can also view your entries in the MA Lottery 2nd Chance app by clicking on My Account > Ticket History. If you see the entry there, you can be assured that it is in the system.
Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for one of the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing?
A: Entries not received by the specified deadline for a drawing will be automatically entered in the next scheduled drawing. Entries received after the final entry deadline will not be eligible for any EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing.
Q: What happens to the entries that are not drawn in one of the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing? Are they retained for future drawings?
A: No. Only entries submitted during the entry period for one of the drawings are eligible for that one drawing.
Q: Can I throw away my tickets after submitting them into one of the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing?
A: Yes, you may dispose of tickets after verifying that your entry has been submitted.
Q: Can I mail in my entries?
A: No. Entries for the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing must be submitted via the internet or app.
Q: I live out of state. Am I eligible to enter the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing?
A: Yes. However, you must submit your entry from a device located in Massachusetts.

Q: What are my chances of winning a prize in the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing?
A: Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing and the total of your entries.
Q: How will I be notified if I win one of the prizes in the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing?
A: Winners are notified by the Mass. Lottery or its fulfillment agent. Following the verification of winners in each drawing, you can view the winners' names and hometowns on the EXTRA Holiday Bonus Drawing website by clicking on Drawing Info & Winners.
